TCC – Transmission Completion Certificate
Issued when construction and installation of the transmission line are completed and the line is ready for testing/commissioning.
PAC – Provisional Acceptance Certificate
Issued after initial testing, commissioning, and energization, confirming the line is operational with minor pending items.
FAC – Final Acceptance Certificate
Issued after all punch-list items are closed and final documentation is submitted; marks full handover to the client.

PTS – Project Technical Specification
Client-issued document defining technical requirements, standards, and scope.
