🔹 Project & Contractual Milestones

  • TCC – Transmission Completion Certificate
    Issued when construction and installation of the transmission line are completed and the line is ready for testing/commissioning.
  • PAC – Provisional Acceptance Certificate
    Issued after initial testing, commissioning, and energization, confirming the line is operational with minor pending items.
  • FAC – Final Acceptance Certificate
    Issued after all punch-list items are closed and final documentation is submitted; marks full handover to the client.

🔹 Design & Engineering

  • PTS – Project Technical Specification
    Client-issued document defining technical requirements, standards, and scope.
  • IFC – Issued For Construction
    Approved drawings/documents used for actual construction.
  • EC – Engineering Control (or Engineering Change, depending on contract)
    Controlled engineering documents issued for construction or revisions.
  • ROW – Right of Way
    Land corridor required for transmission line construction and operation.
  • DTM – Digital Terrain Model
    Digital representation of ground surface used for route and profile design.
  • P&P – Plan and Profile
